Family & Friends CPR is for people who want to learn CPR but do not need a certified course completion card in CPR for their job. This course is ideal for schools and students, new parents, grandparents, babysitters and others interested in learning how to save a life.

The Adult Family & Friends CPR Course teaches the lifesaving skills of adult Hands-Only™ CPR, AED use and relief of adult choking.  Skills are taught in a dynamic group environment by using the AHA’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which provides students with the most hands-on CPR practice time possible.

Infant CPR For New Parents is for parents and other caregivers who want to learn infant CPR and do not require a certified course completion card. This course is ideal for new parents, grandparents, babysitters and others interested in learning how to save an infant’s life.

The Infant Family & Friends CPR Course teaches the lifesaving skills of infant CPR with breaths, AED use, and relief of infant choking. Skills are taught in a dynamic group environment by using the AHA’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which provides students with the most hands-on CPR practice time possible.

Class is approximately 90 to 120 minutes long.

Offered in partnership with Sequoia Hospital.
